  • When will you show up to my event?
    Depending on the event, we will be there 1 hour before the contracted time for your event. It takes us approximately 30-40 minutes to set up completely. With larger corporate events/ weddings, we will show up 1.5 hours earlier to allow enough time to move our gear to the location.
  • What is a custom photo strip or 4x6 ?
    We offer custom design services for our clients who decide to add this service. If you are having a specific type of party such as a Holiday party, NYE party , Corporate event , Weddings, Anniversary party, etc. We can create a unique design that fits your needs and brands your event for your guests.
  • How do I reserve a photobooth for my event?
    Once you decide we are the right company for you, fill out and send a 'Contact Us' form or email us at pixelprobooths@gmail.com with your information, your event date, and what package (and Add-ons) you would like for your event. - We will reach back out to you and let you know if the date is available. - We will send you a proposal to review and sign. This contract will have information on next steps. - Once you agree and sign the contract, we will require a 50% deposit to reserve the date. - 14 days before your event, we will require the remainder of the contracted price. - We will be at your event at least 1 hour before set up and be ready for our contracted start time - We then create ever-lasting memories for you and your guests!
  • What can I add to our photo design?
    We can add your name, event name, wedding location, or date to your photo strips or 4x6 free of charge. If you have a logo that you can send us a digital file of, we can also add it free of charge. Below are some examples of Photo Strips and designs we have sent to clients:
  • What Type of events do you rent Photo Booths for?
    We rent Photo Booths for all events. We will be at any event you would like us to attend! The most common events we book for are: Holiday Parties Weddings Corporate events Food and Drink Festivals Quinceañeras Bar/Bat Mitzvah's
  • What area does Pixel Pro Photo Booths service?
    We offer services in San Diego, Temecula, and Orange County. We do not charge a travel fee if you are within 25 miles from zip code 92056. If you are between 25-50 miles from 92056 we charge a $50 travel fee. If you are within 50-75 miles from 92056 we charge a $75 travel fee. If you are over 75 miles from zip code 92056, please let us know and we can work something out during the proposal process.
  • What is a share station?
    Once your guests take their pictures and receive their prints, they can digitally share their photos, gifs, or videos via QR code, SMS text, Airdrop, or email with our "share station" iPad. This will keep guests happy and keep the line flowing at your event for photos.
